Oil Exploration

CPC commenced oil exploration activities from 1967 by carrying out Geophysical Survey in the North West Sector. This was followed by several Seismic surveys and drilling of seven exploratory wells in, on and offshore areas. As a result CPC has been able to acquire a substantial amount of Seismic and Well data of the areas. These data are freely available at CPC for any prospecting Oil Company for scrutiny.
